Extruder Temperature Fluctuation Below 220°C
Possible Cause: Heating band element decay or loose control thermocouple sensor wiring.
Suggested Remedy:
  1. Check the back-panel relay switch to ensure consistent voltage supply (390V+).
  2. Verify the thermocouple contact screw at the base of the heater chamber is tight.
  3. If the error persists, file a high-priority ticket below to request heating coil replacements.
Pressure Buildup Alert (> 18 Bar)
Possible Cause: Clogged spinneret nozzles or contaminants in the PET bottle chip feed.
